Change in EGCA logbook entries

Stumbled upon this platform on Instagram.

One of my EGCA logbook entries need correction. How should I go about it? Who should I contact?

Help would be much appreciated! TIA.

Touchdown Same issue here. In my case it's the FTO's fault as they do the entries on EGCA for us. Super Careless!

The solution to this is,

Step 1: Your FTO needs to email DGCA regarding the issue.

Step 2: You need to raise a ticket on EGCA stating the same.

Step 3: Keep your fingers crossed 🤞 and hope they reply

ABYSS97 Thank for the rough idea.

My problem in specific is that my sortie in the DAY has been entered in NIGHT and both the PIC and I have ended up approving it. Hence my FTO is saying that they will not be able to change it directly by going on the EGCA portal.

If you can share a specific solution to this, now that you know the problem.

Touchdown, I am in touch with Wingman (a third party of EGCA). It looks like they solve problems much faster than EGCA 24/7, but it's subscription-based, so I am subscribed. I used them, so I thought I would share them here. You can even email your problem; for sur,e they gonna find a way for free

Just to set the record straight regarding @iampilot’s post — Wingman is not an approved or authorized third-party by DGCA,They simply offer a private service to help digitize and upload your logbook entries to eGCA. However, it’s important to note that the eGCA portal itself already allows bulk uploads using their official Excel template, but only for records dated before December 31, 2020. Entries from 2021 onward must be done manually via the “Current Entry” page. Also, users should be aware that using Wingman means sharing your eGCA login credentials, so please read their terms carefully before choosing to use their service.
