Personal experience sharing,

I passed my Radio certificate RT license in Toronto Canada,
The process was easy as heck just needed to show up on Canadian land and make a legal entry into Canada by Visa (probably tourist) USA green card holder can enter with no hassle but for other countries please check the immigration website.

I found the examiner from Examiner Search portal and then connected him through email or phone numbers are there just in case,

I met the examiner at YYZ airport, the exam was simple with 20 MCQ choice-based answers and easy. The total time process was like 1-2 hours, especially the paperwork with the temporary certificate in hand.

You can even return flight the same day no need to get hotels or you can stay in Canada if you want to see Niagra Falls or something

I did this exam for my DGCA license conversion in future to cut the WPC exam (That's whole another story)

This whole thing cost me around $150 Exam fees+ Airlines ticket+uber and meals this is minimum

It will take months to receive the original certificate via mail but that's the examiner's headache probably they gonna send it to your home address.

Let me throw a funny thing here, so what happened my examiner received the original RT certificate but when he went to the Canadian Post office ( Govt. owned) they boxed it, the next day the postal worker's officials went on strike which meant the parcel got stuck, God knows where it right now. Hoping the best I will receive it sooner or later. Jeeees

So would you recommend a student to finish RT in india along with the DGCA exams or do it in canada like yourself, which one is easier and hassle free.

Vamshi Krishna Canadian visa is little tricky it's not easily approved, it's completely depends on individual situation. If someone seeking training abroad then just get the Canadian RT, if training in India then go with WPC.

Update~
So my examiner sent the ROCA RT certificate via CAN mail, but somehow Canada customs returned the packets to the examiner's address. I'm not sure what the reason for the return is anyway. The examiner sent the parcel again to me expected to reach the USA in one week.

Update~
So, the parcel package got lost (No tracking ID), which means I lost my original license. It is frustrating when things don't click the right way. I am gonna re-apply for an alternative soon
