DGCA Computer Number- Photo Signature Missing

I'm not sure, but this is weird: my photo and signature are missing from the Pariksha portal of DGCA. Has this happened to anyone?

Had my CN back in 2016 that time it was known as the Vimaan or Udaan website not remember now so later in 2021 I registered in the FLIGHT CREW section OLD Candidate Registration, I got my logins and password but so many details were missing maybe that was website transition and someone forgot to transfer candidate details to new portal?
Anyway
I did Update Basic Details(Requires Verification) option 1. Self-Reject Update Request Upon successful completion I attested the hard copies and sent them to the DGCA CEO but the application got rejected due to NOTARY mishaps (Stamping was missing half on photos).

So again I did Update Basic Details(Requires Verification) option 1. Self-Reject Update Request but this time the rules change (Now everything is online no need to send hardcopies to CEO's office no need for Gazzete stamping)

Long story I log into my DGCA Pariksha portal every day but am unable to see any changes still my PHOTO and SIGNATURE missing

It's been more than 3 months with no update and I need to give MET and REG exams

iampilot I’m going through the same process after deciding to fly in India. I had to self-reject once and applied using the new online method. Based on advice from industry seniors, the typical wait time is around 25-40 days, especially with the recent holiday backlog. You can also email them to check on the status.

Winged_Dev Welcome to the pond oh I mean OCEAN, I did email DGCA back and forth but so far no response and it's hard to call from states on the govt. landline number. So good luck to me

This is FRUSTRATING and funny too, I received a response from help.pariksha.dgca
3rd time got rejected again
Reason- The signature background is not white
"Seriously

I am gonna send again UPDATE REQUEST, again and again

Latest update, I need to arrange again all my documents including “BVC” which is another level of issue to get it done especially from old school states.

All docs must need to be self attested and re upload basically just like applying new CN.
