Let me advise nothing is a piece of cake here

I got in touch with some FAACA Pilots, I heard it takes almost 3-6 months for Class 1 to receive ( Only for the first time)

Also, I need a local address in Canada for the license to be received. ( Friends, Family, or any flight school address will work)

Finally I able to hold a CAME from Boston

For Category One, you will need an EKG – you may bring one, or I can do it. The fee is $275 for the exam, and $105 for the EKG for a total of $380. Cash or check -- I do NOT accept credit cards.

Please bring an audiogram that cites the hearing in each ear at frequencies of Hz of 500, 1000, 2000, 3,000, and 4,000. Must be on letterhead paper and signed by an audio professional. There are 2 national corporations that sometimes do the audiogram for free: Sam’s Club, and Miracle Ear.

I am appending a copy of the exam form.

Please fill out all of page one, but ONLY the top lines of pages 2-3-4 (best if you do it on your computer, then print out the pages to bring to me – much more legible). If you fill it out by hand, write in ALL CAPS – no lower-case letters.

Try not to pass urine for one hour prior to the exam so you can give me a urine sample. Please bring your passport or other government-issued photo ID.
