It takes somewhere between 30K-80K rupees (Source: Google) for drone training in India to obtain a DGCA license.
Also, the process is a headache similar to obtaining a CPL license, as per my experience it should be the cheapest and quicker way to obtain a license.
In other aviation-geek countries, people used to fly drones without a license (before) but to control that Civil authorities created a lawful written test exam. Which leads to successful safe operations and safety awareness
Question;-
Why not just an easy exam-based license?
Why is too much verification needed?
Why enroll in training school?
Why can't convert foreign-based drone licenses?
Why so delay?
