To ensure clarity and avoid any potential misunderstandings, we’re outlining the hierarchy of roles and badge holders within our forum. This structure helps us maintain a respectful, well-organized community and ensures that everyone understands the responsibilities, authority, and succession path of each role.
1. Forum Founder
Badge: Forum Founder
The Forum Founder holds the highest and non-transferable authority on the forum. As the creator and visionary behind our community, the Founder oversees the forum’s direction, policies, and key decisions. This role ensures the continuity and core values of the forum and is the ultimate authority on all matters.
2. Legacy Keepers
Badge: Legacy Keeper
Legacy Keepers are a select group of members entrusted with preserving the forum’s mission and values. Positioned just below the Forum Founder, they act as guardians and advisors to the forum. While Legacy Keepers do not handle daily moderation tasks, they are next in line for succession if needed, ensuring that the forum’s vision endures. Their role carries the weight of succession and advisory support, working closely with the Forum Founder and Command Center.
3. Command Center (Supervisory Team)
Badge: Command Center
The Command Center is a team of appointed supervisors responsible for upholding the forum’s guidelines, moderating discussions, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Command Center members have authority over daily operations and collaborate closely with Legacy Keepers and the Forum Founder to ensure community well-being. They handle disputes, enforce rules, and manage any necessary disciplinary actions.
4. Moderators
Badge: Moderator
Moderators assist the Command Center in managing the forum by moderating posts, guiding discussions, and upholding community standards. They handle routine moderation tasks and play a key role in maintaining a positive forum atmosphere. Although they do not hold succession or senior decision-making authority, they are essential in supporting the forum’s daily operations.
5. Moderators in Training
Badge: Moderator in Training
Moderators in Training are members selected for their potential to become full Moderators. They are currently learning the responsibilities of moderation and working under the guidance of the Command Center and senior Moderators. While they do not have full authority, they play a valuable role in supporting the moderation team and gaining experience.
Important Note on Representation and Impersonation
To avoid any confusion or misuse of authority, please note that only members with Forum Founder, Legacy Keeper, Command Center, Moderator, or Moderator in Training badges are officially recognized within our hierarchy. Legacy Keepers and Command Center members have designated authority, while Moderators and Moderators in Training support daily forum operations.
If you receive messages from individuals claiming authority, always verify their badge and role. Misrepresentation will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or other corrective actions.
